A 160,000 sq ft fully air conditioned manufacturing plant completed in 2015. SteepleRock acted as project developer, from site selection, through entitlements, economic development incentives, design and construction.
The building includes 20,000 sq ft of administrative and engineering offices.
Architectural features include perforated metal panels to reduce solar heat gain, north facing clerestory windows. three enclosed courtyards adjacent to full height shaded glass, LED lighting inside and out, open ceiling plans with white reflective interior surfaces to enhance daylighting effects.
100% of the rainwater from the roof is captured in tanks for use in the landscape irrigation.
All exterior surfaces are unpainted, long term maintenance-free materials.
