Mountain Park Health Center – Baseline
A dated medical building was brought back to nearly new with new systems, and finishes.
SteepleRock bid and supervised major renovations to an existing 38,000 square foot single tenant medical building, without suspending operations. The entire project was stuccoed, re-roofed, interior lighting upgraded to LED, replaced the cooling tower and plenum mounted heat pumps, replaced fire alarm panel and devices, completed new interior paint, and several departments were remodeled.
Funding provided by a federal stimulus grant.
