Q: What is fee development?

A: You own or lease the property, you pay the bills and costs, while SteepleRock manages the process from start to finish, accompanying the clients to all critical meetings and events.  It is as of SteepleRock becomes your in house corporate real estate department for the duration of the project.

Q: How do you charge for your services?

A: Hourly, fixed fee or a percent of certain specified project costs.

Q: What property types have you worked on?

A: A very wide variety including office, industrial, manufacturing, shopping centers, pad development, master planned communities, country clubs, senior living, self storage, and raw land.
